1 Refund Eligibility Criteria

Standard Eligibility Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial enrollment or purchase date. This window allows sufficient time to evaluate our learning materials and determine if our approach aligns with your educational goals.

To qualify for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of any purchased course material or accessed more than three live sessions. We track progress automatically through our learning management system to ensure fair application of this policy.

Full Course Refunds

Available within 14 days if less than 25% course completion. Processing typically takes 5-7 business days once approved.

Partial Service Refunds

For multi-module programs, unused portions may qualify for prorated refunds based on remaining content access.

Technical Issue Refunds

Platform accessibility issues lasting more than 72 hours may qualify for extended refund windows or service credits.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Required Information: Please include your full name, email address used for registration, course or service name, enrollment date, and detailed reason for your refund request. The more context you provide, the faster we can process your request.

3 Payment Methods and Processing Times

Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method. We always process refunds back to the same payment source used for your original purchase for security reasons.

Credit and Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing. However, some card issuers may take up to one full billing cycle to reflect the credit on your account.

Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfer refunds generally process within 3-7 business days. International transfers may require additional time due to correspondent banking relationships.

Digital Payment Platforms: PayPal, Stripe, and similar platform refunds usually appear within 24-48 hours once processed from our end.

Important Processing Note

During peak periods or bank holidays, processing times may extend beyond standard timeframes. We'll keep you informed if any delays occur with your specific refund.

4 Special Circumstances and Exceptions

We recognize that unique situations sometimes require flexibility in our standard policy application. Each case is evaluated individually while maintaining fairness for all participants.

Medical or Family Emergencies: Extended refund windows may be granted for documented medical emergencies or significant family circumstances that prevent course participation. Supporting documentation is typically required.

Technical Platform Issues: If persistent technical problems prevent access to course materials for more than 72 consecutive hours, extended refund eligibility or service credits may apply regardless of standard timeframes.

Course Cancellations: In the rare event that syranothivex must cancel or significantly modify a course, full refunds are automatically provided to all affected participants within 10 business days.

Duplicate Enrollments: Accidental duplicate purchases are eligible for immediate full refund of the duplicate enrollment, regardless of completion status or time elapsed.

Service credits may be offered as an alternative to cash refunds in certain circumstances, particularly for participants who wish to continue their learning journey with syranothivex at a later date. Credits typically remain valid for 12 months from issue date.
